Once you decide on your dates and chosen camper, you can easily book by contacting us. We will guide you through the reservation process, finalize your details, and send you a confirmation.

Pickup process

Your motorhome will be ready for pickup at our storage facility in Amstelveen, Netherlands, at the agreed-upon time. During pickup, we will conduct a thorough walkthrough of the vehicle, demonstrating all its features and answering any questions you may have. We will also complete the necessary paperwork and confirm your insurance details.

Return process

The motorhome should be returned to the same storage facility in Amstelveen at the scheduled time. We ask that the vehicle be returned in a clean condition, with the fuel tank full and all waste tanks emptied. A final inspection will be conducted to ensure everything is in order before the security deposit is processed for return.

Age and license requirements

To rent from JP Campers, drivers must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driving license type, e.g., B-category for at least 3 years. International driving permits are required for non-EU license holders.

Insurance & Security

The camper is fully insured with all-risk coverage, so you can enjoy a worry-free holiday.

In the event of non-recoverable damage, an excess (deductible) of €1,250 per incident applies. If anything happens during your trip, please inform us immediately. Any applicable costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

You also have the option to reduce the excess to €250 for an additional €20 per day.
